ChiroHCG Week 3

I decided to end this particular diet a couple of weeks early. It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be, but reintroducing foods other than lean protein and fruits and veggies I knew would be difficult to do slowly if I waited until right before we left on vacation or right before Thanksgiving. So, Friday was my last day on my first round of this diet. You can do it up to 6 weeks but 3 was long enough this time, I had great results. I lost a total of 18.2 lbs and 13.75 inches. The following are the inches lost for each part of the body that was measured each week:



Neck: -1.25 in.

Shoulder: -2.5 in.

Chest: -2.75 in

Bicep: -.75 in

Waist: -2.25 in

Hips: -2.25 in

Thigh: -1.5 in

Calf: -.75 in

I will probably try to do another round after the new year, but for now I am trying to keep my calorie intake under 1200 calories and exercise everyday. I have found that sweets don't taste as good as they used to and that my body doesn't really like fatty foods like I once thought it did since ending this diet. I am also finding that I get full faster than I used to, I sure hope that this diet really did reset my thinking and how my body uses the food I eat. Until Friday! I sure hope Thanksgiving doesn't get the best of me this year.

Week 2 Results ChiroHCG

Today I went in for my week two weigh in. I lost 3.8 lbs this week and lost a total of 2.75 inches. That puts me at a total of 14lbs and 8 inches lost. I am excited to see what the next 3 weeks bring. I would have loved to have lost more pounds this week, but its 3.8 lbs more than I would have lost any other week. I just have to stay positive and keep in mind the what I have lost in total pounds and inches. Until next week!

Week 1 Results ChiroHCG

So I have great results, in one weeks time I have lost 10.2 lbs and lost a total of 5.25 inches. Measurements are taken of the neck, shoulders, chest, bicep,waist, hips, thigh and calf. So I didn't loose a significant amount of inches in any one place but, I am excited to continue with this diet plan. It's not easy and it definitely takes some discipline, discipline that I never thought I had. I am so proud of myself for making it a week and now on to week 2 and more weight loss and inches. I will post before and after pictures at the end of this journey! Until next week!
